Tumblr & IG

Hello :)
So as you may have heard, there is a lot of drama going on is the tumblr and IG community
Basically its these group of people called 4chan who are going around both these social media sites and sending anonymous hate messages to people who are in things like the supernatural fandom, phandom, doctor who fandom, Sherlock fandom etc and who are depressed or suicidal in the hope that they will hurt or kill themselves. Many people have been in hospital after trying to kill themselves.
Today, it was discovered that 4chan were planning to hack all accounts in such fandoms on new years day and post disturbing and triggering images such as rape porn and gore.
All of this was discussed on omegle with the groups leader vince giving them all instructions. However, after the police and CIA began to get involved, Vince pulled out, leaving 4chan to do all the work. Many people have cottoned on and are now spying on omegle by putting 4chan in their interests and asking the 4chan member for targets so that they could warn that person. The only thing is, 4chan are now also targeting people who spy so many people have had to stop.
After a while, 4chan worked out that people knew about their plan about new years day so they have (supposedly) moved it to the 5th-7th of January.
I urge you: If you receive ANY hate from 4chan or anonymous, screenshot it, report it and IGNORE IT. none of what they say about you is true so don't hurt yourself as that only means theyre winning.

FOR PHANDOM MEMBERS:
4chan then began targeting Dan (danisnotonfire) as he has had problems with confidence in the hope that he would be upset and attempt to harm himself, maybe even resulting in death so that the phandom would be destroyed. When they realised that this plan had failed, 4chan then moved on  to Phil (amazingphil) in the hope that they could upset Phil and weaken Dan. This is still ongoing but doesn't appear to be having an affect on Phil, Dan or the phandom as they have all been using social media today. Please keep reassuring not only the phandom but Dan and Phil too sat that we can get through this.
